Day 5

Well we have been very busy each day. It is Day 5 and progress has been slow and enjoyable.  We have been doing lots of general pruning of all the plants. I am sure the neighbours are scratching their heads wondering what is really going on.
 It is great to have a swim each day so I hope we can continue to fit that very refreshing and relaxing job into our day.
 We are hosting a BBQ on Saturday and then they will all have the chance to see how we have cleaned up the yard.
 We have taken about 5 loads of just cuttings to the transfer station down the road at Tanby Point. The caretaker is now a great friend. We load the trailer with sheets of tin along the side to fit more in them stomp on the  load till I get concerned about falling off the pile then tie it all down and head off.
Tomorrow we start on the real work a new front fence. We uncovered the water meter yesterday.
 All is well here at Relax.

The Night before we go.

Well all is in readiness for the trip to Emu park tomorrow Friday. The car has some new tyres and a wheel alignment. All the lights work. The trailer has new wheel bearings and all its lights work. Now for the packing in the morning. Lets not forget the dog and our bicycles.

Easter is fast approaching

Carol and I are off to RELAX a lovely little fibro beach shack at Emu Park hand built by her Dad. Carol and I are going to attempt some DIY renos on the sand block. I hope to put up photos and information for all the family.
